Mr. Philip Harrison has over thirty years experience in the area of fire and explosive investigation formally working at the Wetherby Forensic Science Service Laboratory.

A scene and court going reporting officer for most of his thirty year career Mr. Harrison has worked closely with the Police and the Judicial system being involved in many types of major investigations, he has also written a number of technical papers on Forensic Science.

Mr. Harrison is also involved in both in-service and Police training, lecturing for a number of years on fire investigation to scenes of crime officers at the Police National Training Centre, Harperley Hall, as well as being the Lead Fire Investigator for the two week Fire Investigation Course run jointly between Centrex and the fire Service College at Moreton in Marsh and has recently ran an assessment Course for new fire investigators in the Forensic Science Service.
