Formedecon Ltd are pleased to introduce Gardy Rendles, our new expert consultant in the field of "Control and Restraint"
Gary will provide advice and expertise on any of the following:
*Control and Restraint
*Disputes over restraint by security, Police & Health service personnel.
*Edged weapon awareness and advice relating to weapon use.
*Health and safety issues relating to conrol & restraint and advice on Home office guidelines and authority policies.
Gary has recently completed 30 years exemplary service with Northumbria Police where he accrued a vast experience on control and restraint issues.
He was a qualified Police Self Defence Instructor for 10 years in the discipline of Taiho-Jutsu, which is affiliated to the British Aikido Association and the Martial Arts Commission. He achieved green belt 3rd Dan.
Gary was a front line officer for all of his 30 years service, the last twelve years of which was served as a Sergeant on patrol, traffic and custody duties. During this time he gained extensive first hand knowledge of control and restraint issues at the 'Sharp end' of Policing, and in a training environment where he regularly conducted self defence tuition to large groups of operational officers.
Gary is an experienced testifier in the witness box and has successfully delivered evidence in many complex and difficult cases.
Gary will provide in-depth reports, using a thorough investigative approach which will contain well researched, evidenced findings. He will endeavour to provide the best available information in an impartial manner.
