Head of the Toxicology, Drugs and Alcohol Department at the Wetherby Laboratory from
1988 to 1990.
Upon the regionalisation of toxicology and alcohol analysis to the Chorley Laboratory in 1990, he remained as the Head of the Drugs Section until 1993.
Mr. Watson was Head of the HOFSS Drugs Quality Improvement Team between 1989 and 1992, during which the team wrote and implemented Quality Management documents for the examination of drugs, service wide.
