Obtaining a Report

Should you or your client need an Alcohol BAC Calculation statement to defend a Charge of Driving with Excess Alcohol, Drunk in Charge or any other alcohol related charge the way of obtaining such a statement is simple;

  1. Contact us for an estimate stating what the charge is and what your defence is i.e. post driving drinks, ‘laced’ drinks’, statutory defence (would not have driven until) to being Drunk in Charge etc.   Ask for an estimate by clicking here.  Don’t forget to tell us your Court date.

  2. If your case is more complicated, or you don’t know what you need, give us a call on 01388 811003.

  3. We will then send you an estimate together with a copy of our alcohol questionnaire, which can also be downloaded from here.

  4. Then fill out the questionnaire, sending it back with a copy of the form MG DD/A or B  if you have it or a copy of the breath, blood or urine test Certificate or appropriate Streamlined statement  and formally instruct us to proceed, following the payment instructions on the estimate you will have received.

  5. Assuming we have all the information we need we will email you back a statement in a form suitable for Court use, usually within 3 to 5 working days, or quicker, if needed.  We will let you know in advance if we have any time constraints such as holidays etc.

  6. You may be told that you will need our Drink Drive Expert to attend Court to give live evidence, if so then please let us know the date as soon as possible so this can be put in our diary and any conflicts can be notified.  However, our statements are usually accepted by the CPS and the need for our expert to attend is rare.
